Summer Break Classes
Join us for Restorative classes, and one Sun Salutations class during our two week Summer Break, August 13th through the 26th. These are open to students of all levels. Restorative yoga will be a quiet, supported, calming, inward practice. Sun salutes are a vigorous, energizing, practice.

• Friday, August 17, 10-11:30am Restorative Yoga, with Traci • Sunday, August 19, 1-2:15pm Sun Salutations, with Craig • Tuesday, August 21, 6:30-8pm Restorative Yoga, with Craig 
All props provided.

FEES:
$15 per class– these are not make-up classes. Payment is by cash or check at the studio.
